Developed specially for women, Viviscal’s Biotin and Zinc Hair Supplement Tablets promote fuller and healthier-looking hair over time.
Rich in biotin, the daily food supplement helps to support the normal maintenance of the hair, nails and skin, while zinc supports the normal function of the immune system. The supplement also features the key ingredient of AminoMar C™, a rich protein compound of marine extracts blended with organic soluble silica and fortified with vitamin C.
Recommended intake: Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 6 months or until the desired results have been achieved (1 in the morning and 1 evening, taken with water after food). Thereafter, take 1-2 tablets daily as required.

Brilliant
These tablets are pricey but if you can get them on a good deal they're so worth it. I sometimes stop using them as they're quite expensive but I instantly notice a difference in my hair. These really make my hair look it's best and lots of people comment on how lovely my hair is.

I’ve used these now for ten years,now l buy them from LF because they have great offers on them so stock up when l see an offer.they always let me know when their on offer.I have fine hair and have noticed if l ever stop taking them for a week my hair starts to look finer and not as healthy .So obviously they work and shall never be without them.
