Formulated to provide all-natural protection for the lips, Weleda Lip Balm is made from a selection of carefully chosen natural waxes and oils that have been hand-picked especially for their soothing and protective qualities.
One area of skin care so often overlooked is the care for the lips, which are subject to the same forces as the rest of your skin. Give your lips a treat with Weleda Lip Balm and allow them to feel the benefits of a beautifully scented lip salve containing organic jojoba seed oil, rose wax, beeswax, candelilla wax and carnauba wax. The ingredients in the Weleda Lip Balm have been chosen to not only protect the lips by providing a barrier effect, but also to help soothe the lips after exposure. The natural waxes in Weleda Lip Balm give a sun protection factor of 4 without the use of synthetic UV filters and leave the lips feeling naturally soft and smooth.
Directions of use:
- After removing the lid rotate the coloured base to reveal a small amount of the stick.
- To prevent breaking the stick, raise it only just above the plastic tube.
- Apply a thin coating over the lips.

Super lips
I have been using this for years. It is the only lipbalm that actually works. It leaves a lovely sheen on your lips and tastes of vanilla. It keeps my lips lovely and moist, especially in the winter, but I use it all year round. The vest lipbalm ever!

Disappointed
I am a very big fan of the Skin Food, so when needing a new lip balm I thought I would try this. I am sorry to say I am disappointed, however it may be a personal thing. I like to feel a lip balm on my lips, but this coated the lips as required and somehow left the, feeling as if you needed something on top. It is probably a very good product to put on under a matte lipstick so it doesn't slip off. I prefer a 'juicier' lip balm.

I am constantly looking for the holy-grail lip balm and this may be it! I am very picky about the ingredients in lip balm, so initially that was what drew me to this Weleda balm, really great natural ingredients, rivalling Lush's balms which up to now had been my go to. I prefer balms to have a waxy as opposed to oily texture and this delivers on that front, leaving your lips feeling protected and smooth but not greasy (I imagine it would be great under lipstick but haven't tried yet!). Also smells wonderful, and does not seem to be running out as fast as most lip balms with my heavy use! Will definitely be repurchasing!

Wow this stuff glides on so smoothly and STAYS on. I have tired dozens of lip balms from mega chep to very pricey and I can say with great confidence, this one is the longest lasting and really stays on. I feel this balm is perfect for the cold winter months when it's windy and horrible outside as this stays on so well your lips are protected for much, much longer than with regular lip balms. Couple this with it's natural content and no mineral oils and you get a real winner in my book. Excellent lip protector!
