Weleda Skin Food is delicately fragranced with refreshing essential oils including sweet orange and lavandula and can be used as a protective cream in harsh weather and is excellent for anyone regularly outdoors.
Directions of use:
- A little goes a long way, so apply sparingly.
- This very rich cream is best applied to the face by gently patting on, so as to avoid dragging the skin.
- Elsewhere on the body, gently smooth into the skin until the cream is absorbed.
- To deeply nourish hard working, dry hands apply liberally, cover with gloves and leave overnight.

Why have I only just found this!
As a lady in her late 50’s my skin can become really dry, especially after sweaty sessions at the gym. Over the years I think I’ve tried pretty much every moisturiser on the market, mainly so-called luxury brands. I saw this and thought it was small enough to take on holiday and noticed it can be used on face, body and even under eyes! This has been a total game changer for me! Not only is it incredible value for money, it keeps my skin so soft. It’s very rich so probably best suited to dry skin. At first I wasn’t keen on the smell but it’s grown on me and now I like it. I won’t be changing back to any of the market leaders for skin care now I’ve found this and would highly recommend trying it for yourself.

Very thick
Very thick to the point it is hard to use all over your face. I use in dry areas (around the eyes) before makeup to avoid dry skin, or mix with a bit of a thinner consistency moisturiser when my skin needs more hydration. Also possible to use at night but will just need to work around your face in sections.
