Weleda Skin Food treats dry skin to some much-needed TLC. The award-winning cream features a thick, rich texture that provides long-lasting moisture while acting as a protective barrier on the skin to defend against dryness and environmental stressors.
Suitable for use on the face and body, especially areas prone to dryness like the feet, hands and elbows, the formula is enriched with a soothing blend of wild pansy extract, calendula, rosemary, sunflower seed oil and chamomile. The moisturiser intensely hydrates and conditions the skin, leaving it nourished and radiant. Suitable all year round but ideal for cold, winter months, the cream is scented with a refreshing infusion of sweet orange and lavandula.
A little goes a long way, so apply sparingly. This very rich cream is best applied to the face by gently patting on, so as to avoid dragging the skin. Elsewhere on the body, gently smooth into the skin until the cream is absorbed. To deeply nourish hard-working, dry hands apply liberally, cover with gloves and leave overnight.

What a glow!
Yes!!!!! Had dry skin around my brows from the sun - used this one night and all resolved by morning. I wish I could use over my whole body, but would need a weekly purchase if I did haha! I use 2-3 times a week at night to add moisture and I love it. Gives such a glow when applied. Does have an odour/scent, which I don’t particularly think it the nicest, but it doesn’t bother me either! I’d definitely recommend and will 100% be repurchasing.

I have recently bought the "full fat" and "light" version of this cream. I originally bought this to use as a facial moisturiser as recommended by a friend. But using this feels like I'm trying to rub treacle into my skin. I end up dragging my skin constantly to get it absorbed. I've tried heating it a bit to make it more malleable but that didn't work. Also, the scent is really strong - I have never experienced such a strong smell in a facial product. Unfortunately, the light version is no better. I'm going to use this cream as an overnight hand mask instead.
