Comfort and nourish dry skin with the Weleda Skin Food Light. A lightweight, silkier version of the iconic original, the quickly-absorbed moisturiser combines organic sunflower oil with natural extracts of calendula, pansy and chamomile to instantly hydrate, visibly calm and enhance radiance.
Acting as a protective barrier, it defends skin from dryness for smooth and supple results. The multi-purpose lotion can be used as a face or body moisturiser to leave the skin feeling soft and protected from everyday stressors.

So much better than the regular skin food, doesn’t feel like glue when you are trying to spread it and leaves skin with an amazing glow. The only downfall is the oil as this can be damaging to lash extensions and I usually do wear them.

Thick and greasy
I ended up giving this to hubby as he suffers with dry, flaky skin and he loves it. I found for myself it was quite greasy and took ages to dry. If I applied my makeup straight after using, my foundation looked “cakey”. Smells nice though. Would only use if I wasn’t applying makeup.

Thought the scent was quite strong for a moisturiser strong lemon. Very fresh smelling. Better consistency than the original skin food, found this one to rub into skin better and doesnt feel like it just sits on the skin. Make up applies well over aswell. Small tube perfect if only being used on face but if using for an all over body moisturiser you will deffo need bigger tube
