Comfort and nourish dry skin with the Weleda Skin Food Light. A lightweight, silkier version of the iconic original, the quickly-absorbed moisturiser combines organic sunflower oil with natural extracts of calendula, pansy and chamomile to instantly hydrate, visibly calm and enhance radiance.
Acting as a protective barrier, it defends skin from dryness for smooth and supple results. The multi-purpose lotion can be used as a face or body moisturiser to leave the skin feeling soft and protected from everyday stressors.
Apply on dry areas on the face or body, and allow to absorb. Use before makeup application to create a glowy base.

Has really improved the dryness I was suffering on my combination skin. Sits nicely under makeup. The smell isn’t that pleasant to me - however it fades quickly.

Not suitable for very sensitive skin
Unfortunately my sensitive skin reacted to this moisturiser; it caused me to breakout and irritated my skin upon application. I do have extremely sensitive skin and suspect my skin reacted to the fragrance in this product. The moisturiser does smell lovely. However I wouldn't repurchase this product.

I've tried both skin food and light skin food and I prefer the light. It's not as thick. Slightly greasy but i just let it soak into my skin. I don't use it every day, just when my skin in particular thirsty. I always use before applying a full face of makeup as its tacky and works well as primer. Defo not a daily but good as an occasional
