Comfort and nourish dry skin with the Weleda Skin Food Light. A lightweight, silkier version of the iconic original, the quickly-absorbed moisturiser combines organic sunflower oil with natural extracts of calendula, pansy and chamomile to instantly hydrate, visibly calm and enhance radiance.

Acting as a protective barrier, it defends skin from dryness for smooth and supple results. The multi-purpose lotion can be used as a face or body moisturiser to leave the skin feeling soft and protected from everyday stressors.

For the dry skin girlies!!!

I tried the Weleda skin food original one and it was a bit too thick for me - it's hard to rub in and more of a sudocrem texture! - but this one is the PERFECT balance between thick and thin. A bit thicker than CT's magic cream, but a lot thinner than the skin food original. It's a staple in my skincare routine and even when I try new moisturisers I ALWAYS come back to this one.

I am so glad I purchased this. I have really oily skin so was advised to go with the light version. It smells so nice and makes skin feel really supple. My skin is a little dehydrated but this is working wonders. I just wish it had spf in it. Also works great as primer. If anything this has made me less oily. Win win.
