Dissolve salts in a bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes. Tip: Try adding 200g to a foot bath to help relax tired and aching feet.

Westlab reviving Epsom bath salts
Myself and my husband are a big fan of these salts. Being eczema prone our skin can be very sensitive and can have flare ups every now and then. These salts calm the skin immediately after an eczema flare up. I would highly recommend these salts to anyone with sensitive skin.
