Great For Chronic Pain!
I take baths typically 4-5 times a week, depending on my schedule and mood. I suffer from M.E/CFS and Fibromyalgia as well as Anxiety, so regularly have aching joints and tense muscles. Whilst it's not going to create miracles, if used in conjunction with other holistic methods, it does help a little with the aches and pains. Plus the smell along with the ritual of relaxing and meditating or practicing mindfulness whilst having a bath, really helps to de-stress. The scent is noticeable and has herbal, fresh notes whilst not being overwhelming or distracting (I have a strong sense of smell). When I had a bath 1 day last week and didn't use this...I noticed a big difference negatively in how my joints and muscles felt. 100% recommend and very reasonable price for the amount :)
