Wanted a cheap lip liner to do the job!
I use lip liners to over line my lips to create a bigger shape. I just wanted a cheap on that does the job. And this does do the job, didn't smudge throughout the day and was able to over line my lips. Way bigger than what i expected it to be, which was a good thing, as i thought it was going to be small because of the price. It glided on well, with no harsh tugging to my lips. I would purchase again!
