Best eyeliner I’ve used
This is the best eyeliner I’ve used in a long time. I’ve tried so many brands and some high end brands where they’ve been a lot more money, and they always worn off, the black has dulled, smudges or transferred to other parts of my eye and hard to remove. This applies great, doesn’t smudge, stays black and doesn’t transfer. Love it! Wouldn’t use another eyeliner. 1000% recommend and can’t believe it’s so cheap!
