Teaming an oversized brush with an innovative oil-in-water wax formula, Yves Saint Laurent presents the Lash Clash Mascara. The thick, yet creamy, formula offers extreme volume with up to 24-hour wear, combining hyper-black pigments and smudge-resistant boosters for long-lasting drama and definition.
Featuring a patent-pending double conical brush, the volumising mascara coats lashes with high-impact, buildable colour, layer after layer. Iris florentina extract infuses the formula, helping to condition lashes with every coat. Designed to create intense volume, lift and curl in just five strokes, Lash Clash is your secret weapon for high-impact lashes.
Step 1: Sweep - Start applying the mascara at the root of the lash and sweep the wand upwards, separating lashes with the double conical brush.
Step 2: Lift- Apply the 2nd swipe by holding the mascara at the root of the lashes, wiggle the mascara brush and lift to lash tip.
Step 3: Zig-Zag Up - For the 3rd coat, apply to lash and zig-zag upwards ensuring the full lash is coated.
Step 4: Zig-Zag Down - Apply on top of the lash and sweep the mascara wand upwards for massive impact
Step 5: Flick - Apply the brush to the lash for the 5th coat, flick the brush through the lashes to separate each lash. On the inner & bottom lashes, use just the tip of the brush and apply to individual lashes.

Not as expected
Expected more from YSL... The container is massive, ridiculously big. This means the wand is clumsy to hold. I usually use Estee Lauder or Lancome and have already purchased another EL as find this YSL mascara too cumbersome. Used it twice. The actual product is fine to apply, stays well through day into night, and has no unpleasant smell to it. Difficult to remove (and that's with premium remover) therefore it's not great for sensitive eyes, like mine.

Absolutely love this mascara. First ever mascara that doesn’t smudge on my eyes, love it for that. I would check several times during the day if there are any smudges and I was pleasantly surprised to do not find any. I do have straight lashes and it gave them a lift! so it looked nice on my lashes will look even better on naturally curly lashes. Planning to buy a brown version of this mascara now.
