Build up
I have quite fine hair and find it impossible to wash this Paul Mitchell The Rinse out of my hair. It feels totally clean when I'm in the shower, but afterwards it feels like it's coated and the product hasn't been washed out - it makes it hard to get a brush through it. Very odd - not ever happened to me with other conditioners. Have found similar reviews online for this product, but they are rare. My hairdresser suggested it was because my hair was fine so perhaps that's it. But it smells great! Grapefruity and fresh without the sacharine sweetness fruity smells usually have.
