Brilliant
5Noticed a huge difference even after just the first wash. I’ve been using it for months now, it really does leave your hair soft and silky. Don’t need to use a lot of the product either.

First time
5Only arrived today the conditioner lid was off when opened packing need to be handles and maybe checked before boxed luckily only a tiny bit had leaked. But other thank that really happy with results after first use made my hair soft and salon results I’ll buy bigger size next time if they offer this option

Amazing
5This is the best shampoo and conditioner for my hair. I have quite thick hair that can get frizzy. Usually I need so much shampoo and conditioner to get it clean (especially as I only wash my hair once or twice a week) but you hardly need any product. The shampoo foams really well and the conditioner coats every strand. I’ve seen a lot of negative comments about the smell but I love it. The shampoo is slightly herbal and the conditioner is super minty and leaves a lovely tingle on your skin! Leaves my hair so soft and I feel like it’s worth the money.

Extremely dissapointed
1I ordered this set as my hairdresser had used it on me a few months back and it was honestly amazing. However, this new formula is absolutely horrible. Firstly it smells awful, with the conditioner being so minty that it actually stung my eyes and made my skin feel chill. As for the results, it just made my hair go greasy quickly. Wouldn’t buy again and gutted as was super excited, especially after how expensive they are

Best shampoo and conditioner
4My hair was very damaged from bleaching and hair extensions, but this shampoo and conditioner has worked wonders. Leaves my hair feeling so soft and smells amazing to! Only reason I haven't given this 5 stars is because it does end up quite expensive.

It's not Olaplex
3Bought this as a slightly cheaper option to Olaplex, but after a couple of washes I've not noticed any improvement (if anything it might be slightly worse). It's early days, so I'm optimistic that things will improve, but if not I'll be back to steps 3, 4 & 5 with Olaplex.

3I heard so many rave reviews about this duo but sadly it wasn’t for me. For starters, I really disliked the smell of the shampoo. For a fairly luxury product, I expected this to smell amazing but it honestly smells like the inside of a health foods store! The conditioner is the opposite, smelling fresh and minty which was fine. The efficacy of the product was average, I haven’t seen much improvement in my highlighted blonde hair. It still feels dry and I would say I experience the same amount of breakage. Overall, disappointing.

Not the best
3Pretty expensive for an average product. I didn’t find it did much for my hair in terms of moisturising and the smell is really over powering. Especially the conditioner. Won’t buy again.
