I used the whole system (pre-treatment shampoo and conditioner) at once so it is difficult to identify which particular product did what, but what I can say is that the system did wonders for my hair, which is fine anyway but was brittle and damaged from an impulsive box dye. I have bought more already because my hair feels healthy and strong.

Easy to incorporate

I pop this on hair before the gym and complete routine post workout. Hair is soft and easy to style afterwards. Doesn’t give me gleaming shine, but hair feels less fragile after use!
