May work for some hair types
1There are some positive reviews here so I'm sure it must work if you have the right hair type but for me this was the worst shampoo and conditioner I've ever used. I actually went to using my boyfriend's 2 in 1 Head and Shoulders because it was better than this. I have wavy hair, a little dry at the ends, and it's quite dense. What I ended up with was a greasy scalp and a tangled mess of dry, brittle hair beyond that. Absolutely awful. I'm switching back to the Extreme range!

Impossible Bottle
5Great shampoo & Conditioner.. hair is much more softer... but the bottle on conditioner needs to change please , impossible to get the stuff out, I squeezed so hard it hurt my hands, even my hair dresser struggled too.

Not sure yet
4I read the reviews so thought I'd try it but so far it's not dramatically changed my dry hair. I've used most brands and my hair still is dry even the Moroccan Oil shampoo and conditioner. I will continue to use it and hope it will work like previous reviews have said

Really Good
4This shampoo does exactly what it is supposed to do! My hair is left feeling soft and tangle free! Only issue i have is that the conditioner is hard to get out of the bottle. I had this issue with another Redken conditioner but the product is still great.

Excellent
5Was given sachets of product from hairdresser and so impressed decided to purchase. Excellent service and delighted withway hair feels. Dont even need to wash every day either

Terrible
1This shampoo is terrible. I have thick hair and it makes it so fluffy, loads of fly aways and leaves me with an itchy scalp! Very dissapointed!!!

Redken all soft
5I have dry unmanageable hair,have just washed my hair in redken all soft shampo and conditioner and noticed the lather when washing my hair felt luxurious,the all soft conditioner smoothed my hair.I love the way my hair feels soft and I can easily put my fingers through my hair.tho I had a free sample I will defiantly buy redken all soft shampoo and conditioner from now on.I will recommend this product to all my sisters and friends.Pamela a very happy customer
