Hi, I have relaxed colour treated hair so it can be very dry coarse plus I have thick hair 🤦🏽‍♀️so I'm very protective on what I put on my hair. I come across this redken product years ago and it didnt disappoint then and it hasn't now I love the way my hair feels after using it so soft and managable. I think I'm going to start using the hair serum if the shampoo and conditioner do this to my hair can't wait to use the serum!!

I really like Redken as my hairdresser uses it and it does not irritate my scalp as other shampoos do. However, the conditioner has small hard bits in it which I have been assured should not be the case. This is the second consecutive conditioner that has been like this. Maybe there is a fault with the stock.

Decided to have a change of brand from my usual Joico Moisture Recovery. This was a bad mistake. All Soft (shampoo & conditioner) has left my hair limp and dry and feeling like cotton wool. I have tried using very little product, but it doesn't suit my fine, coloured dry hair.

This is the first time I have used this brand. I have previously payed a lot for my shampoo and conditioner. But this shampoo is really lovely and creams to a luxurious lather. I have struggled with conditioners in the past. But this one really detangles the back of my hair. It doesn't weigh my hair down which is fine. The shine and smell is really nice. Yes I'm happy with this brand and I will definitely purchase again.

Well I read the reviews so couldn’t wait to try it but unfortunately it’s not for my hair. I have dry, coarse frizzy hair and when I use it for the first few hours it’s lovely and soft but it then starts feeling dry. The smell is lovely though. I just need to keep trying to find the perfect shampoo and conditioner.
