Smells lovely
This definitely helps me have a more restful sleep! The first time I used it I was asleep within minutes which is not like me. But the spray on the bottle has broken after only 3 or 4 uses and now I can only open the bottle and sprinkle it on my pillow which isn’t ideal. Apart from that I would recommend

After years of suffering with insomnia i finally found something that can help, this spray is amazing 2 sprays on my pillow at night and im down for the night. Not for sensitive yes It made my eyes water even though used as directed I wish I could use it as it has an amazing smell and does work So totally recommend if your eyes are not sensitive otherwise have a closer look at the ingredients list to check for any potential irritants
