Excellent Product!
I’m 54 and have struggled with many of the Menopausal symptoms, sleep & exhaustion being one of them. On taking this product, which tastes delicious, I actually feel relaxed & ready for sleep each night, which is a game changer. It’s too early to see any difference with my hair and nails but will continue as it’s going in the right direction.
