Smells divine but only for a few mins, after that can't smell it at all. Didn't help me sleep, so waste of money unfortunately.

Smells lovely. Certainly seems to have helped me get a more settled nights sleep.  Just need a small amount. I dab it on my inside elbows and then dab it on my wrists and neck from there.
