I have short thick coarse hair, this is the best tool I’ve bought in years & I have the Dyson air wrap. It leaves my hair straight & smooth with a nice under curl & works quickly. You can also use on large sections of hair. I find the oval shape a lot more effective than a round brush. It is heavy but that doesn’t affect my ability to use it. If you want smooth straight style quick this is the one.

I have the regular dyson dryer, the Dyson air wrap, the shark dryer, and the revlon one but this one beats them all. Smooth hair, don’t need to use a straightener to finish it or a curling iron. I’ve got coarse curly hair and lots of it too
