always good
3this brand and their conditioners always good- u can't go wrong. but its a conditioner end of the day and you can find cheaper ones that do the same if not better job

Amazing
5I’ve spent most of my life with frizzy knotted hair, this shampoo and the conditioner are really awesome, my hair is now shiny and sleek and soft like never before. I would highly recommend it if you have dry thick curly hair. And a little goes a very long way so even though it’s expensive I still think it’s good value.

Not great
2I have 3c hair, mostly thick but some normal, all the product did was give a nice slip but did not condition my hair at all, I had a really hard time brushing my hair with this product

Not great
1I’m desperate to find something for my dry, wavy unmanageable hair and having used Shea Moisture products before I was so hopeful. But nope. The first half an hour after I dried and styled my hair I thought I was on to a winner. My hair had more body than it had had in ages and felt really moisturised. But suddenly it was like the positives had never occurred and my hair was drier than ever. If this was a cheaper product I might have rated it slightly higher but considering the price I did expect a lot more. Back to the drawing board.

Faced an issue with the packaging
5I love this website so much but it breaks my heart that after a period of time waiting this package to be delivered when I opened it I found the liquid dispenser of the shampoo and conditioner bottles are almost open and it was all over the box it felt so sticky/clingy when I put my hands on it

Not enough hydration and made my hair break
1I was initially very existed to try this conditioner, and had high hopes thereby using it for 2 months. It made my hair very dry, and eventually I noticed that the hair was beginning to break quite far up. It did not give enough moisture and so my hair also became very wild and hard to brush. I have long coloured hair and so it is in need of a lot of hydration. This conditioner did not measure up to its name. After using another hair mask and conditioner for just a few weeks now my hair is already much better and softer.

Love it!
5I have thin, 2C type hair, so I was a bit hesitant to try a product from Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil line as the hair chart of Shea Moisture states that this is best suitable for VERY curly hair. However, I really need a lot of hydration as my hair is very dry, so I tried it and I have to say - I love it! It makes my hair soft, curls more beautiful, doesn't weigh my hair down... Recommend 100%. The mask from this line is also amazing!

I RECOMMENED THIS
5I truly think that this works like magic! I have 4C hair and My hair would break all the time and I thought it hard to manage. But, after my friend recommended this to me i can truly say she helped me a lot. I applied this thoroughly through my hair after i washed it and it felt sooooo soft. What are you doing right now? Go buy this stuff!!!! you won't regret it :)
