Definitely helps lessen bed head!
Since wearing this I haven’t needed to straighten my hair as much in a morning,before I would always wake up with messy wavy hair, this definitely reduces the mess and the wave.I do feel like it flattens my hair though and I have to wear it slightly back about an inch back from my hairline or the front of my hair is really flat and if I wear it forward I get the marks on my face from the elastic!
