Yes, it is white but you can easily cover it with mascara. Applies so well (the brush is dual sided, each being different). It makes any mascara so much more dramatic and lasts very well.

I love my Smashbox Super Fan mascara but wanted a little more length and volume but didn’t want to change my mascara, after all it lengthens and volumises and most importantly doesn’t smudge. So I tried this primer having never used a mascara primer before and I can safely say that it does everything I wanted it to. So finally I have the lashes I want without resorting to false ones or putting growth serum on my own. I’m very happy!!! Just a note, the product is white but don’t let that put you off because your mascara will cover it easily and you won’t know it’s there.
