Within a couple days I noticed that my skin was clearing up slightly and I really feel that it’s helped my hair to grow. Will always take these alongside my collagen powder or tablets. Great vitamin.

Good news is this definitely helps. I was looking for supplements to help eyelash growth and notice a huge difference when I don't take biotin. However, I've found other options on other sites where you can get higher mg for a significantly lower price. This is super overpriced for what it is.
