I've always had super fine hair. I've never been one to believe in hair supplements but thought I'd give these a go as they came recommended. I hadn't noticed a difference until about 2 months of taking them but wow! My hair feels so much stronger and dare I say noticeably thicker too. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I’m pretty sure this has had a positive effect on my hair since I’ve started using it. I have had thinning around the hairline since having my daughter 7 years ago and battling to thicken it ever since. Really good value for a months suppy oft tablets compared to other hair vitamins, plus very small and easy to take. Only been taking them for about a week now so havent noticed a differance yet but fingers crossed they'll work since I'm using squaline oil on my scalp and taking multi-vitamins too
