5I purchased these vitamins to help with perimenopause symptoms, in particular to help my mood. I have been taking this for little under a month in combination with the Maca tablets and I am really seeing a difference. I will definitely purchase again

5So I was sceptical when purchasing these but have to try something as I was suffering with bleeds, hormones etc. I have been taking now for a month and notice many things like improvement on my skin, my hair and my pre menstrual moods have become so much better so my husband had noticed 🫢

Cured my heavy periods
5Been taking these for a few months now as I suffered with terrible debilitating heavy periods. Since taking these my periods are no longer heavy and I never suffer with periods pains. I have no more mood swings and my skin is much clearer. I would highly recommend them.
