Pick a setting that suits your needs. Place the brush on the area of the teeth where it meets the gum. Start on the top right on the outside of the teeth, near the cheek and work your way around to the top left side. Repeat for the inside of the teeth (near the roof of your mouth). Brush the biting surfaces of your teeth. Repeat for the lower teeth. Brushing should take 2 mins.

Avoid
I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews anywhere as I don’t want to affect a brand’s custom but in this instance I feel compelled to warn other potential customers to avoid this brand. I’ve used many electric toothbrushes over the years and this one is not fit for purpose. It brushes fairly well but changing the toothbrush head is very difficult. The first time I tried the brush stopped working. Such a shame as it’s a nice looking design but a sub-par product.

Rose Gold Sonic - FAB!!
The best toothbrush I have ever used. I will never go back to a manual toothbrush again. This toothbrush takes a couple goes to get used to and comfortable with but it is the best thing ever. My gums have improved so much from using it. Also, the rose gold colour is fab!

The only toothbrush I will ever be using!
This toothbrush is THE BEST I have ever used. I previously thought all electric toothbrushes did the same job, but this is like no other that I have tried before! I use the 'white' setting as I have some staining due to my daily coffees, and this really gives a deep clean- after just a few uses I can already see some of the staining lifting! The brush itself is also super gentle on the teeth which means I can give them a deep clean without irritating my gums. The self-timer is also great to ensure I brush for the right amount of time. To top it off, the set comes with 3 heads and a travel case, to ensure I can take it away with me on any overnight stays without having to shove it in my wash bag. Last but not least, I have the rose gold limited edition which looks beautiful on my shelf. My partner now has the original sonic in his basket after my raving review! Honestly, YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR LIFE.
