After an hour remove the strips and brush your teeth. Repeat every day for 2 weeks for a brighter, whiter smile.

Toothpaste for Whitening Teeth: Use twice daily.

Pen for Whitening Teeth: Twist base of pen 20 times or until gel has been sufficiently dispensed onto the brush. Using the brush, paint your teeth with the whitening agent. Leave in place for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, rinse gel away with water. Use daily to maintain whitening effects.
