The innovative bi-phase formula suspends ultra-fine pearls in a clear water base; when shaken together, it lends lips a smooth, sparkling finish. Long-wearing and transfer-resistant, it will enhance the look of your lipstick without compromising finish or longevity.

Can be worn alone or over matt liquid lipsticks.

Shake well. Tap product onto lips using the precision applicator. Can be worn over matt liquid lipstick or on bare lips.
