Silky shadows
5I instantly loved the Surat eyeshadow formula. It is silky and applies so easily and blends out beautifully. The colour selection is mostly neutrals but they all seem to have a little twist to them that makes them different and special. I have 5 colours and find myself reaching for them a lot. Wear time isn’t bad - same as any other shadow I own but I don’t wear primer. They work really well as one and done shadows too.

Should be called Chocolat pâle
1Very disappointed with this purchase. I've used Surratt before and wanted to replace a dark brown which I've used up. The actual Brun noir colour doesn't seem to be available any more so Chocolat noir sounded like a good option. It's nothing like the colour I expected - it's much paler than the images show and while I know Surratt is a good brand and I like the quality, I won't be using it because it's not what I wanted. I'd recommend going into a shop and testing the colours of this brand before committing to an online purchase.
