Formula was abit watery compared to the thicker creamy ones I’m used to but chose a caffeine cream to brighten my under eye area and it actually works to get rid of the circles though I only get the look I want after using eye patch to get rid of bags but for the circles it does its job nicely and it’s hydrating too. Makeup went on nicely after applying didn’t dry or flake at all
