Removes make up well
4Good cleansing balm particularly for the price point. Removes eye make up really well, it just melts mascara away. It does however leave your skin quite greasy but works well if used as a first cleanse and followed with a second cleanser.

Really good
4I really like this balm it’s amazing removing makeup and leaves your skin looking moisturised, definitely worth it! just be sure to remember where you store this as the balm is adaptable to temperature. I don’t recommend this for oily skin types!

Not great for me
3I read the reviews for this and it sounded great. It felt great and nourishing on my skin, and came off easier than I expected. It did leave a sort of film feeling on the skin they wasn’t great. Unfortunately, I broke out in spots around my jaw and chin using this. I thought maybe it’s because it’s new to my skin, but a couple weeks later, it still hadn’t cleared up. The smell isn’t great either, I can’t imagine using it as a mask like they suggest when it smells like that. I’ve stopped using this, which is a shame as it’s a big tube and a good price, but it isn’t great for my skin type.

Cleans my mascara & eyeliner easily
5I only use this product to clean my make up before the water based cleanser. It's a very gentle and effective product. I'd buy it again.

5Melts away my make up and cleanses my skin so well. I have brought a few of these now and would recommend you give it a go if you love make up and want easy removal at the end of the day

4I have to cleanse after using this as it leaves a residue. Does melt your makeup off beautifully though

Brilliant cleanser
5Tried this on a recommendation and love it lifts all my make up off leaving and doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry or tight will definitely rebut.

Nice
5I have used for years a similar product from another brand which is much more expensive and thought I would give this a try. The bottle is massive I’m sure it will last for ages and it does the exact same job as the more expensive brand

Great but packaging could be better
4With the product itself, there is no issue, great price point and works very well. However, struggling to squeeze it out of the bottle so I have to unscrew the top each time I want to use it.
