5So incredible!! Restored my natural lashes after years and year of lash extensions. Worked so well and so quickly and my lashes are now thick, full and long again!

Hopeful!
4It maybe too soon to review but so far after two weeks my lashes are definitely feeling a little thicker. I’m used to a much more expensive serum so am going to stick with this for now. Will definitely finish the tube.

Bad applicator
2I purchased this to replace my expensive Rapidbrow. The applicator is a thin brush that works perfectly for lashes not for brows. I decided to use it only on my lashes although I don’t even need it but didn’t want to waste the product but I found it stingy and stopped. It’s a shame, I really wanted to give it a try but don’t have much patience to apply it on my brows with such tiny brush.

Really disappointed
1I don't usually bother to write reviews for things that didn't quite live up to the hype, but I thought this product warrants it. I usually by another one named the UK's leading serum, but I wanted to try to cut my costs so I looked at this. Its ingredients are very similar to another I've had some success with, and it's also for sale on a very high-end website so I thought it would be worth a shot. My first problem was how scratchy the application 'brush' is- it's not a brush. I scratched my eyelids for the first few days. I can't see the point of that design- a slightly rubbery, bendy, pointy stick. Because I've had such issues with applying, it regularly goes into my eyes, and it stings. More than any other serum I've tried ( which I've rarely got in my eyes). So I will be discontinuing use. Lastly, I have trichotillomania which means I pull my eyelashes out. I've been using serums to strengthen the roots and make it harder for me to do this, and although I've not used the serum for long I can already see they're coming out easily. It's failed to pick up where my last one left off, and I've had some lashes to really be proud of with my old serum. This product doesn't make the usual claims of other serums, fair enough, but what's the point? It's a no from me.

Love this
5I adore this stuff! It’s made a huge difference to my lashes in just a couple of weeks. I apply morning and night as part of my skincare routine and my lashes are looking amazing. I have fairly hairy eyebrows anyway but have a bad habit of picking my mascara off on an evening. I love The Ordinary products anyway and the price was too cheap not to give it a go. So happy I did and will be purchasing forever!

Seems good!
4Been using this around 3 weeks, am & pm. Lashes do feel longer, more nourished and it feels lovely on application. It dries quickly too so you can apply eye/ brow make up soon after. I’ve been using it on my brows too and they seem to like it :-)

Definite Improvement
4I was hesitant as whether to get this at first, as I've tried so many other makes that didn't deliver results. I decided to give this a go as The Ordinary is such a respected brand. I've been using it for about a month now, and there's a definite improvement. My eyebrows aren't yet back where I want them to be, but I'm going to persevere in the hope the treatment continues to stimulate more hair growth

This really helps my lashes grow
5I have been using this serum for over a week now, I have noticed such a difference my lashes are longer and feel thicker too. I have used other brands much more expensive than this one but without such brilliant results. Yes I will recommend this serum especially to any exchemotherapy patients whose lashes have never returned to pre treatment thickness and length.

Worth it
5I’ve been using this about 2 weeks and can definitely notice a difference in the outer corners of my eyes where my lashes were really short before. I had damaged lashes from extensions and they have grown back so quickly
