Does what intends
5Very good product, wouldn’t apply daily - max every 3 days as it would be very damaging to the skin at this concentration but noticed a huge difference in my complexion. Brighter and less blemishes.

My go-to retinol solution
5I've tried a few different pure retinol solutions over the years and some mixed with other formulations, like this one by the ordinary. I purchased my second bottle having seen great results with this formulation. It's fast absorbing and feels very nourishing. I love the addition of squalane in this product as I also use the squalane cleanser. I apply this retinol only at night in the summer, always remembering to apply a good high SPF in the morning. I use it AM & PM in Autumn/Winter, again, applying SPF afterwards. My combination/blackhead prone t-zone has cleared right up whilst sticking to a simple regime with this retinol being my super performer.

Good and cheap
5Good and cheap retinol. I have started from lower percentage building up to date 1% as this one is. I would not recommend anyone going to one percent straight away. It does what it’s supposed to do

Very light
5The texture is more light if compared with hyaluronic acid. It is more watery so it can absorb to the skin very fast.
