Clue is in the name - DREAM TEAM
I struggle with insomnia and anxiety about going to bed because i suffer from night terrors, but when i used these in combination i slept much better and had less night terrors because i'd relax enough to go into a deeper sleep. DREAM TEAM IS CORRECT.
