To protect skin from harmful UVA, Ultrasun Mineral Face SPF50 Lotion uses a heavy duty filter of over 90% created from only 100% minerals. Blended with the enzyme Ectoin, the sun cream has anti-ageing properties to ward away damage and fine lines. InfraGuard®, made from a combination of Tara tree antioxidants and sunflower shoots, keeps skin safe from harm caused by the blue light (HEV) that comes from phones and computers as well as Infrared A. NATRUE certified as organic, the product has no preservatives and is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive.

This does the job but was just a bit too thick and hard to absorb for my skin, leaving a white tint as well. For strong sun days I definitely felt protected, but it won't be a repeat purchase for me.

Dissapointed
Wanted a good spf protection for my face and the fact that this one was a mineral cream sounded that it was non-greasy and light. The cream is super thick and turns your face white. I was hoping that it will settle and absorb into the skin in a while but it doesn’t so I ended up with a face mask like white face which looks a different shade to the rest of me. Very disappointed to say the least.

Sunscreen
I love Ultrasun,have used them for a while now so thought i would try the mineral one. The suncream itself is a lot thicker and takes some rubbing in but so far its doing well. The pump on it is RUBBISH! It doesnt work so i have ended up taking the top off and decanting it into another bottle!

Quick and easy to apply
Being a SPF 50+ mineral sunscreen, I knew it was going to thicker than your normal sunscreen. However for someone who suffers from eczema, it rubbed in quick and easy and didn't have a reaction it to all. I felt like my skin could breathe through the cream and not clogging at all. Definitely warrants the price tag!

Does the job
Been using this for a couple of weeks now and i have to say it does the job of protecting your skin. I tan very easily and suffer with melasma, i wouldnt say it completely stopped me catching the sun on my face and my melasma has got slightly worse but its done a better job than any other sun cream iv used, during these summer months my melasma usually gets very dark, but so far using this its no where near as dark. I would repurchase again but they need to sort the dispenser out, after 1 or 2 pumps its stops working and i had to pull the top bit off to get the product out, its not that much of a big deal but more of an inconvenience. It does leave a white cast, it didnt bother me even tho i have darker skin, if your pale it would be fine but darker skin types may not like it

Does it’s job
This sunscreen does it’s job. However it leaves a pretty obvious white cast. It’s thick and the dispenser isn’t great. I’ve invested in a really good skincare routine and I need a sunscreen that does its job otherwise it’s just money down the drain. This sunscreen does that but I’m not sure I will purchase again due to the white cast.
