I'll repeat the title, Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil - Various Shades is the best eyeliner in the world, ever! No other brand comes close to how smooth this eyeliner is. I have tried alternatives and always come back to Urban Decay. The colours are so rich, and stay all day with no smudging. Highly recommend!

I love Urban Decay and this Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil - Various Shades does not disappoint. It's soft and easy to apply, so no dragging on your eyelids, and it lasts all day. The colour is amazing too. Perfect.

Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil colours are very beautiful and goes well with my brown skin colour. Has a good fixing lasting hours and a very good pigmentation, which is spread smoothly over the skin.
