This holds make up in place , no tackiness as I hate that feeling , one dry cannot feel tell you have it on. Does not dry face out. Does not leave any residue nor does it make you dewy. It just keeps Your make up in place. I spray to ensure powder to set and feel it takes that powder look away and I apply with a sponger lightly over my eye setting powder, never irritates my eyes.
