I’ve been using this product for 15 years. I’ve tried cheaper ones along the way but always always go back to PP, it’s the jewel in Urban Decays crown. My eyeshadow honestly looks freshly applied even 12 hours later:  I will never be without it.

I absolutely love this product, I am now on my second bottle and will purchase again. Its a great base for eyeshadow, it makes the colour pop, stops creasing and make it last longer. I've also started using this as a primer for my under eye concealer and it works amazingly well. Such a great product
