I wouldn't recommend for chapped lips as it never helped me for that, but is amazing over the top of any shade of lipstick if your after gloss and shiney finish that keeps everything in place.

This is a nice affordable hydrating lip balm. It looks a bit like a lip gloss on as it’s a liquid/cream product but not over the top. I haven’t tried the tinted ones so can’t vouch for how those look but I do recommend the clear one.
