Not going to blow your socks off by eliminating ALL dandruff, but it keeps away most. I use it regularly. By leaving it on for a while it works its magic, and as a dark brunette, the orange colour doesnt bother me. Lightweight too so it doesnt feel like my hair is stripped after washing. It gets me through flare ups too but for hardcore dandruff use Nizoral
