I am into my forth month of taking these and six months is recommended. So far my hair has definitely improved and is getting thicker and bouncier. There is still room for improvement though and I am hoping my hair will be even better after the six months is up. It is certainly growing longer quicker.Look fantastic is highly recommended - quick delivery, good price and easy ordering!
