I’d been recommended this for super dry skin and whilst I don’t suffer terribly, as an MUA I do have clients that have dry patches in places. This is a miraculous ointment! I say ointment as it’s far thicker than a cream and takes a long time to absorb. For that reason, it hasn’t been great as a pre makeup moisturiser but I’ve been recommending to my clients as a treatment for dry skin when at home. I’ve seen the most phenomenal overnight results, my son being one of them. He’s 9 and has terrible dry skin next to his nose. I’ve tried everything but nothing worked. I applied this after noticing a dramatic difference in my dry areas and it literally worked overnight. The next morning his skin was super soft and you’d never know he had dry eczema there before! It’s a wonder product!

Blessing for my dry skin!

I have red, dry skin on my face, and nothing ever seems to actually hydrate it. In the past I have resorted to re-applying moisturiser multiple times throughout the evening as my skin would just drink it up... until I discovered this! It is SO hydrating and leaves my skin feeling plump and soft. I can't do without this now - and at this price, it's such a winner!

I've heard a lot of good reviews about Weleda Skin Food and the different success stories for dry skin issues. I bought this as a remedy for the dry skin peeling on my heels. Two days into using this (at night), my heels are soft and back to normal! Would definitely repurchase, and it is definitely worth the hype!

Love this! I'm currently taking roaccutane and my skin is so dry 24/7, I usually put this on at night and find it so hydrating, also my hands are really dry and painful and this works wonders on them too. It was almost a 8 hour cream consistency (thick almost oily feel) so prob not ideal for day wear.

I use this as a night cream.for the record my skin is quite oily,I’m 36 and have some fine lines especially when I smile,I know this cream isn’t advertised as anti ageing but I kid you not,since I have been using this at night (around 6 weeks) they have actually disappeared!!!!every night I put it on,I wake up to smooth glowing skin...who doesn’t want that!!!i usually use high end creams and this beats them hands down.ive just ran out of my usually day cream,high end but I am so impressed with this,I have ordered the light version for day time (this cream is far too thick for me to wear during the day) so save myself some pennies!!!
