Scent. Issue. LF customer Service. In that order. Scent. Fantastic fresh smell, initially had from a sample and could still get all those fresh notes. I mostly got apple, juniper and the amberwood. The smell dosent change much but they all blend into a lovely mixture of fresh vibes. Issue. I received batch 38W601D, through research online i see the number had been mentioned along with several other of suffering quality issues. My batch literally smelt like soap. As best I could describe, as dull as imperial leather without the freshness. Gutting. Customer Service. First made them aware of my issue in 16th December, I was told Id get an response in 3-5 working days, I know Xmas was approaching but they had sufficient time. Well after nagging all through December and multiple emails and chats, I have been told I'll get a refund in 3-5 working days (today is 5th January). That took far too long to resolve but I am happy with the result I think. So in summary. If you get the real product as intended then it is absolutely amazing. It is high end and expensive for what it is. It's basically a bit risky as it stands but LF did sort it eventually.
